Online Group Training Program

This exercise package is appropriate for groups of at least three and up to seven persons. Reach your fitness objectives with assurance, avoid injuries by using proper form throughout workouts, and get in shape from the comfort of your own home.

WHAT YOU WILL GET:

  • Live workout and consultation from our Certified instructor.
  • 30 days of all-inclusive programming with versatile high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning, and light stretching
  • Live workouts three days a week aimed at body toning and fat loss
  • 50 minutes to an hour for each session
  • An additional workout routine for two days a week as homework
  • Receive a nutritional guide for the month

The workouts are designed to all exercise levels, from beginners to expert. Attend classes in the morning or the evening that work best for your schedule. The bare minimum of equipment is needed, which consists of a yoga mat, two dumbbells, and an optional water bottle.

Duration : 90 Days
Personalized, all-inclusive fitness program (exercise schedule, dietary plan, and development of healthy habits) made to meet your lifestyle and fitness objectives, with my accountability for long-term, sustainable outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL GET

  • Every four to five days a week, depending on your target goal (weight loss, growing lean muscle, increasing flexibility, boosting strength & stamina, etc.), you will receive customized programming and versatile HIIT, strength, and conditioning routines.
  • Online 1:1 Personal Training Three days a week sessions (12 sessions each month/one hour) plus check-ins on a monthly basis.
  • A workout routine tailored to your current situation (whether it is pre-pregnancy, postpartum, a specific medical condition or injury, or any other unique circumstance).
  • Full follow along workout routine for alternative days along with stretching routine.
  • A personalized nutrition meal plan that will help you lose weight, restore your energy, fuel your body, and recover from workouts. It will also help you make the best food choices and healthy meals.
