We have been conditioned to believe that exercise must be lengthy and physically demanding, but short bursts of activity actually make a big difference in terms of enjoyment, productivity, and general health and fitness.
The typical person strives to work out for up to two hours every day.
Greater benefits to fitness and health can be obtained throughout the remaining twenty-two hours of the day. People have informed me they like to do various things, like cooking, gardening, taking short walks around the house, and doing a few stretches every hour.
There are countless options! Staying active is the key to general fitness. Increased movement has several advantages, including elevating heart rate, strengthening and stretching muscles, enhancing posture and balance, boosting wellbeing and confidence, and much more.
